Your Vestibular System plays a vital role in balance, visual stability, spatial awareness, and how safe and grounded your body feels in motion. At the Brain Performance Center, we use the research-validated BTracks® balance assessment to objectively measure how your brain maintains posture under different sensory conditions. This allows us to identify subtle vestibular inefficiencies that may contribute to dizziness, brain fog, motion sensitivity, poor coordination, or increased nervous system stress, even when symptoms are mild. Vestibular inefficiencies can arise from falls, concussions, strokes, inner ear infections, prolonged stress, aging-related changes, certain medications, and neurological conditions, all of which can disrupt the brain’s ability to accurately process balance, spatial orientation, and movement.
Based on your results, we may recommend gentle, non-invasive vestibular training, The Rail, to help recalibrate how the brain processes movement and balance. Using controlled, customized rotational input, this training supports improved postural control, steadier vision during motion, reduced dizziness, and greater confidence in everyday activities. Research also suggests vestibular rehabilitation may support concussion recovery, attention and memory, anxiety related to sensory overload, and age-related balance changes.
Sessions are one-on-one, fully customized, and designed to be safe and tolerable. Progress is tracked objectively through follow-up assessments, allowing us to measure improvements over time and adapt training as needed. By combining data-driven evaluation with individualized care, we help support a more stable, resilient nervous system, so you can move through the world with greater ease and confidence.
